Fisherman’s Dream Pillow

Katie of Nice & Knit asked me a few months back to test knit a new pattern of hers. I had never knit a pillow before and was always looking for something new to try.  The Fisherman’s Dream pillow proved to be great two panel pillow and the yarn was quite a dream to knit with.  It is knit up in two panels and then seamed together using the method of your choice. I choose to use the mattress stitch.  I love how to two cables look after seaming together the sides of the pillow; such a unique touch.

Yarn: Nice & Knit worsted in Dockside [2 skeins]IMG_4330 IMG_4334 IMG_4341The morning after I finished putting the pillow together I came out to find Jaiden snuggling on the couch under a blanket resting his head on the pillow. It was an instant favorite addition to our living room.
