Breakfast Granola: a recipe



I’ve had this (really easy) granola recipe for a few years now. I got it from a friend and wanted to share it with you. I’ve been obsessed with it lately; it’s so delicious. Enjoy!


Throw some coconut (1/2 cup), old fashioned oats (1 cup), and slivered almonds (1/2 cup) in a bowl.

IMG_1597Then add 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar.

Next, find a cute little sleepy-eyed boy to mix it all together nice and good.


Spread in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.  After it has cooled on wax paper its ready to eat.  I eat mine with Stoneyfield vanilla yogurt on the bottom, then granola then chia seeds on top.  Yummm, delicious, tasty…..
