My mother-in-law gave me this awesome, easy pie recipe. I love it and have made it several times for my family. Here’s how you do it-
What you need:
1 large ripe(ish) banana
1 cooked pie shell
2 1/2 cups milk
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
Cook pie shell according to directions. Let cool. Once cooled slice up banana and layer on the bottom.
Next, make the pudding. Mix together vanila pudding and milk until soft set. Then whip the cream. Fold in one large spoonful of whipped cream into the pudding. This makes it nice and creamy.
Now pour pudding on top of the bananas in pie shell. Then place whipped cream on top. Eat and enjoy the best banana cream pie you have ever eaten!
